Need help with AI generation, credits, restore purchases, subscriptions, account deletion, or a store billing issue? Send a support email and include your device, store, and Kova account email or guest ID when available.
Email Kova supportCredits and Membership
Credits are used for AI image generation and higher-quality results. If credits or membership access do not appear after purchase, open Kova and use restore purchases from the account or credits area, then restart the app if needed.
Store Billing
Apple App Store and Google Play handle payment confirmation, subscription cancellation, tax, receipts, and refunds. Kova can help check entitlement sync after the store confirms a purchase.
Account Deletion
- Email us from the email address associated with your Kova account. If you use a guest account, include the Kova account ID shown in the app account screen.
- Use the subject line "Kova Account Deletion Request".
- Tell us whether you want the account only deleted or whether you also want associated gallery, custom style, and public community data removed where possible.
AI Generation Issues
Image generation can take longer during provider delays. Pending jobs appear in your Library, and completion or failure is shown in app notifications when available. If a job is stuck, include the approximate time and style name in your email.
