Information We Collect
- Support information you send to us, such as your email address, device model, operating system, app version, issue details, screenshots, logs, or crash descriptions.
- Store and purchase information made available by Apple App Store or Google Play when needed to verify app access, installation, or purchase-related support.
- Technical information needed to operate the website and downloads, such as ordinary web server request metadata and download diagnostics.
- Connection settings you choose to save in the app or desktop server, such as local host names, connection codes, or trusted device settings, may be stored on your own devices.
Remote Desktop and Terminal Data
Mobile Code is designed for authorized remote desktop and terminal access between your own devices and a desktop server you control. We do not sell personal data, and this public website does not intentionally collect your remote desktop screen contents, terminal commands, files, or session output. Remote access content may pass through components you run or configure as part of the app experience.
How We Use Information
- To provide support, troubleshoot installation or connection issues, and respond to account, store, or desktop server questions.
- To improve reliability, diagnose crashes, secure the app, and prevent abuse or unauthorized access.
- To maintain download pages, app store listings, and required legal or support documentation.
Sharing
We do not sell user data. We may share limited information with service providers only as needed to operate the app, provide downloads, respond to support, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or process store-related support through Apple or Google.
Security
Remote access tools require care. Use strong device passwords, keep the desktop server updated, connect only to devices you own or are authorized to use, and avoid sharing connection codes with untrusted people.
Deletion and Contact
You can request deletion of support emails or related support records by contacting hello@choiwon.dev. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or ordinary business records.
