이용약관
1. 서비스
alyduho.develop(이하 “개발자”)는 모바일 게임 소환 디펜스(이하 “게임”)을 제공합니다. 게임을 내려받거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. iPhone에서는 Apple 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(EULA)도 함께 적용됩니다.
2. 게임 재화와 유료 상품
보석, 코인, 행동력, 상자, 타워 카드, 유물 등 게임 재화와 아이템은 게임 안에서만 쓰는 이용권이며 현금으로 바꾸거나 다른 사람에게 넘길 수 없습니다. 유료 상품의 결제·청약 철회·환불은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play의 정책을 따릅니다. 이미 사용한 재화나 지급이 끝난 아이템은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 환불이 제한될 수 있습니다. 구독 상품은 없습니다.
3. 영구 상품과 구매 복원
광고 제거, 종족 통합 번들, 프리미엄 시즌 패스, 스타터 팩은 한 번만 사는 영구 상품입니다. 기기를 바꾸거나 앱을 다시 설치했을 때 게임 설정의 “구매 복원”으로 영구 혜택을 되찾을 수 있습니다(함께 받은 보석·코인 같은 소모성 보상은 다시 지급되지 않습니다).
4. 확률형 아이템
상자 등 무작위 아이템의 종류와 확률은 게임 상점의 “확률 정보”와 확률 정보 페이지에 공개합니다.
5. 금지 행위
게임을 변조하거나 비정상적인 방법(해킹, 자동화 도구, 결제 취소 악용 등)으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
6. 게임의 변경과 중단
개발자는 게임의 내용(밸런스, 상품, 기능)을 바꾸거나 서비스를 종료할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 게임 안이나 이 페이지로 미리 알립니다.
7. 책임의 제한
개발자는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 기기 고장, 저장 기록의 손실(백업 없이 앱을 삭제한 경우 등)에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Terms of Use
By downloading or using Summon Defense (the "Game") by alyduho.develop you agree to these terms; on iPhone the Apple Standard EULA also applies. In-game currencies and items (gems, coins, energy, chests, tower cards, relics) are licences to use within the Game only, with no cash value, and cannot be transferred. Payments, cancellations and refunds follow the App Store or Google Play policies. There are no subscriptions. Remove Ads, the Race Bundle, the Premium Season Pass and the Starter Pack are one-time permanent purchases that can be restored from Settings → Restore Purchases (consumable rewards such as gems and coins are not granted again). Odds of random items are published in the Game and on the Odds page. Do not modify the Game or use it by abnormal means. The developer may change or end the Game and will announce important changes in advance. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for device failures or progress lost when the app is deleted without a backup. Contact: alyduho984530@gmail.com.
